The conditions that apply when you purchase from Lafleur.

These terms govern purchases made through the Lafleur online store operated by Lafleur Studio from Barcelona, Spain. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Lafleur sells apparel and related goods. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or finish may occur in production. Support: hello@lafleur.studio.
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If payment was taken, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.
We do not store full card details on our servers.
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
EU consumers benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal described on our Returns page. Additional voluntary policies do not affect your statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Lafleur is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes may be brought before the courts of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.
