Your rights under EU consumer law and how to start a return with Lafleur.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, send us your request before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.
Made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for withdrawal once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging where possible.
Email hello@lafleur.studio from the address used at checkout with your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions or a label when applicable.
Pack items securely. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, whichever is sooner.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
